Standard shipping for our Reformer beds typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do the Reformers come with a warranty?

Yes, all Your Reformer beds come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty on the frame and a 12-month warranty on parts and upholstery to ensure your peace of mind.

Can I use the Your Reformer On-Demand app on multiple devices?

Absolutely. You can log into your account and stream our professional Pilates workouts on your smartphone, tablet, or smart TV simultaneously.

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer assembly services for the equipment?

Our Reformers are designed for easy home assembly with included tools. However, we do offer premium white-glove delivery and assembly services in select metropolitan areas for an additional fee.
