At Your Reformer, we are committed to your fitness journey and want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your reformer isn't the perfect fit for your home studio, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the reformer is disassembled and securely repacked in its original crates and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the equipment from your location at a pre-quoted freight rate.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
